April 10th.. Busy Day

Today was a very busy day!
It started with the boys 1st baseball game! The games are in the park right behind the house so it is great! No need to leave early to drive or get parking! The boys did a great job their first game! They both had great hits, and played a mean outfield! This year the boys are getting older and it is so much fun to watch them grown!!!! We are lucky enough to have them on the same team so one game and one practice!! Here are a few shots of the first game! More to come!!

Braydon's first bat!
He made it to first and then eventually all the way home!
Braxdon rounding second base! He is so intense when he runs!
And the magical jump on home plate!

After the games it was time to celebrate my 29th birthday!! haha....
The boys were so cute this year. Brandon let them pick out what they each wanted to give me with no input from him. They did such a great job and made it such a special day!

Branson wanted to give me a Princess Kite. And he also called me Princess all day long!! And he gave me a Dragonfly necklace!
Braydon wanted to get me jewelry! He has great taste!! These earrings match the eternity band Brandon got me when we were sealed. He also got me a Roxy Jacket!
Braxdon is a very observant child and he remembered that I needed white slippers! He also picked out a awesome Elements t-shirt!
I have the best kids and husband in the whole world.. Each day I feel so blessed to be the wife and mother of these GREAT MEN!!!
And I cant forget to mention the Juicy perfume and True Religion jeans!!! Thank you!!!

After the gifts we jumped in the car to make it over to Lucas Alves Graduation from BYUH! 4 long years of attending BYUH!! We are so happy to have met Lucas.. We will miss him so much when he leaves this sumer for basketball Camp. But we wish him the best of luck and we will try to make his future games!
After the names are presented everyone goes outside to meet their graduate! Here is Braxdon giving Lucas the biggest hug of his life!
I love Hawaii and the tradition of Lei's!!
The FAMILY!!!
I told Vanessa I didn't want to stand next to her because she is so BEAUTIFUL!!
Love you guys!! Thanks for being a part of our lives!!

Branson vs. Metal Bat

Saturday for my Bday Brandon took me out shopping and then had arranged a big dinner with our friends at a buffet restaurant. We had left the kids at home with a babysitter and they txt us wanting to go to the park. So I replied telling them they could go but to BE SAFE! Those were the last words.... As we pulled into the parking lot of the shopping outlet I received a panicked phone call from the babysitter telling me there had been an accident! Branson had been standing to close to his brother who was hitting a ball with a Metal Bat and Branson caught the back swing in his face! The baby sitter explained to me that the hole was huge and he was bleeding so bad and she couldn't get it to stop! She is a very smart girl and had already phoned her mother to come and help her! Her mother is an amazing lady and I am so happy she is my close friend! She was able to stop the bleeding with a rag and ice, cleaned up the wound and did an excellent job with a butterfly bandaid! She assured me he was fine and there was no need to come home. Branson is so brave and strong.. His brother felt terrible and catered to his little brothers every whimper the rest of the night!! When we got home that night Branson was sleeping soundly on the couch his eye a bit swollen and bruised. The babysitters shirt was covered in dried blood and she was exhausted! I thought for sure he would have a huge black eye the next day, but when we got up he had forgotten about his cut until he saw the bandaid! Thank you so much to Barbie and her mother for a job well done!!!!! Here are the day after pictures of Branson!!

Sunday Dinners

Many of you know that we do not live by family. So for us Sunday dinners became all about close friends. We have met so many great people here in Hawaii and it is so fun when they come over to play and eat on Sunday. The boys love having all of the attention and new people to entertain and play with.

Branson with Heath. Heath is from Australia and plays on the BYUH Basketball team. This was his last sunday here because he is returning home for the Sumer to get married. He will be back for the fall semester and to get ready for Basketball. For some reason Branson got very attached to Heath. He called him Cousin instead of Uncle. And when we asked him why he said because of his Hair...?? So thank you Heath for being such a great Cousin!
While we waited for the steaks to cook the boys taught everyone how to play pogs.
Losa with Braxdon and Mufasa.
Joey and Braydon
Thank you to everyone for always being so kind to our kids and such great examples!!!! We are so happy and blessed to have them in our home!!

Fruit Co-Op

I have joined a little group that is called a fruit and Veggie co-op. You pay once a month and get fresh fruit and veggies every Wed! It is so much fun. This past Wed I picked up my first box and here is what was inside!!!!
My family loves this! We made Zucchini bread for the very first time and it was so YUMMY!! And today I am going to try and make Salsa with all of the tomatoes! Wish me luck!

Braydon Field Trip

This past Thursday Braydon went on a field trip with his 1st grade class to the State Capitol and a Play at a little theater. I was lucky enough to be his chaperone!!

Here is Braydon in the House of Representatives room. He told me he wanted their email so he could tell them a few new laws he would like passed. haha Each of the kids got to ask a question and of course the number one question was.... What is that ball hanging from the ceiling? And the lady giving the tour laughed when she said it is a DECORATION.
Before we went to the play we had our home lunches. Here is my little group I was in charge of. They were great kids and had so much fun!
Sorry no pictures of the play were allowed!

Pineapple Plantation.

Branson also got to go on a field trip to the pineapple plantation. He gets so excited to put on his yellow shirt because he knows it is a field trip day!

Branson with his friend David Shade bye the fish pond.
Can you find Branson in this bunch of Pineapples?
He was being so silly and didn't want to open his eyes for the picture!
I think by the time it was our turn for the train Branson was ready for his afternoon nap!

I am so blessed to be a stay at home mom so I can go on field trips with my kids and enjoy them growing up. I wouldn't miss it for the world!

Field Trip to Dino Exhibit

Branson has been so lucky this year with going on field trips with his pre school. He was able to go to the Bishop Museum in town (with mom by his side) and see the new Dinosaur Exhibit they have. He had a great time with all of his class mates. Some of his classmates were a little nervous about the roaring dinosaures, but Branson was so brave!

Easter Cake

I have a great friend Valarie Sudlow from our ward. And on Easter Eve she surprised the family with this cute home made Bunny cake.
As you can tell Braydon was not waiting for anyone. He grabbed a fork and dug right in!
Thank you so much Valarie. We are so blessed to have such wonderful Friends.

Whip Cream Night.

This weekend we were so blessed to have Lucas and Vanessa with us for Easter! We are so happy to have them in our lives. They are so good to the kids and are always so happy and fun to be around. Saturday we decided to have Frozen Hot Chocolate. I know sounds crazy huh? But we bought if from Williams and Sonoma and it is delicious. It tastes like a frosty from Wendy's. But of course you cannot drink it without adding whip cream to the top! So after the frosty got some whip cream so did we!! Brandon had a great idea that everyone should have a mustache made of whip cream. The boys had cute little ones, Lucas got the chop style and Vanessa and I got Go-Tees! But we both agreed not to post any of the Girl pictures because we look so scary!

The GANG!!!
Braydon claimed is was the funnest night ever!
Branson couldn't stop laughing!
And Braxdon was licking his off as fast as he could.
What a fun night!!! I love having Three boys and a Crazy husband. They are always reminding me to laugh and enjoy the moment! I didn't even worry about all the whip cream on the floor and chairs...

Growing Bugzy..

Bugzy is growing.. Did you know that you are only supposed to give a bunny the pellets once a day? Along with Hay to snack on? Well we didn't.. So every time someone would see his bowl empty they would stick a huge handful of pellets in. I couldn't figure out why he was getting so fat so fast, so after reading about caring for a bunny we found that we were over feeding him!! Now he is spoiled and only wants the pellets! They say it is like their cheeseburger and fries! haha... Most of the excitement of a new pet has worn off for Braxdon, and Branson, But Braydon is still going strong. He takes bugzy out of his cage every chance he gets. He is such a loving boy!

Bugzy is very friendly and would rather be held than in he cage. The boys are doing a great job at helping me keep the cage clean! So bunny for a pet is highly recommended!

Great Leader

Brandon is the YM President of our ward and he is the best leader in the world...
This weekend the boys in his priests need to earn a bike riding merit badge. So of course Brandon got a bike, helmet and camel pack and he was ready to go. Most leaders just tell the boys what to do and where to go, but not Brandon. He does everything with them!!
So they started out Friday morning and headed 10 miles to Turtle Bay resort. Me and the boys met them with lunch and then the headed back home. It was a safe adventure and the boys did a great job!! Way to go babe!!!

Brandon ready to go!
Kavika and Roman.. Like the helmet?? They are not big on safety so we had to round up anything for a helmet that we could find. It is a construction hat!!
Matt and Likio
Brandon is extending the straps on Braydons pirate helmet to fit one of the boys.
The gang!!!!
Way to go.. I am so proud of the safe return and the accomplishment of the boys... And of course my STUD husband for riding 20 miles on a bike!

SPOILED ME!!

Not to brag or anything but did I mention how spoiled I am?? Many of you probably already knew that.. But I just had to make a post so their was no question!!
I have the best husband in the whole world. He recently went to NYC for business and when he came back I was showered with gifts. Thank you so much for taking care of me!! How did I get so lucky!!! Love you!

For starters, Roxy t-shirts..
A red Coach purse with a cute pokadot wallet to match!
A Pink Spring COACH purse and wallet to match!
And I also got a beautiful Tiffany necklace!!!

But as you know I love to SAVE my nice stuff so after the picture shot they were put safely back into their spots in my closet! haha.... I know we are supposed to use our Nice stuff, but I am afraid to ruin such beautiful things!! But I love them and appreciate my husband so much for thinking of me!!!

Here is another coach purse I got 2 years ago for my bday but have never used because it is way to Awesome!!

Braydon Last Basketball Game

This has been such a fun season. It was Braydons first time playing Basketball on a team. He did such a great job! He perfected his defense and 360 jump shot! Braydon only plays to have fun. He is always laughing and smiling during the games. He is also very focused, and doesnt like when the other kids fool around! haha.. Braydon has learned so much by watching his Uncle Lucas play for BYUH! Love you Braydon!

Braydon giving a kid a run for his money!
Such a cute boy! I Love the smile and Spikes!
Braydon with his Coach and team.
We had a fun team this year and many lunchables!! Thanks to a great coach and fun friends we had an awesome season!
