Happy Birthday!!

Just wanted to wish my man a happy Birthday.. The actual day was on Dec 27th..  I had planned the whole weekend out perfectly.... But as luck would have it, it was a disaster....
I called and booked the Hilton in town, and told them it was for a birthday and not to email the confirmation, but of course they did.. So Brandon got the email and just laughed..  I can never surprise him.  So we go to town and I had planned to take him to the Magic of Polynesia so after we ate we headed to the show and as we are paying for the tickets the power goes out.  Lightning hit the power plant and the entire island is now without power!!  So needless to say he would like a redo bday..  But after 19 hours of no power we were able to have cake and ice cream!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!

On Christmas eve the boys got to set up the new trampoline for the kids. Thanks to Brandon, Lucus, and Everton it is safe and sound for the kids to jump.  Watching these three trying it out was the best part!!
The boys were so happy!!! We have jumped everyday since!!!

Temple Lights

This is our first Christmas in Hawaii and so far we are loving it. The weather is a nice 75 degrees with the sun shinning and a slight ocean breeze.  On Sunday my friend Fay and I thought it would be so much fun to take the families to see the Temple Lights.  Well when we drove up Steven and Brandon (our supportive hubbies) could not stop laughing because there were no Temple lights. Who knew?? Both of us being raised in Utah figured the temples always put up lights. But not this one. hehe

So we took the kids inside and got to see the pretty trees.

Home Made Root Beer

When we were in Ohio Brandon found Root beer extract to make home made root beer. He was like a kid in the candy store.  So as soon as we got home he was on the hunt for Dry Ice.  The only place that sells it is 50 min away. But so worth the drive!! Thanks babe for some great home made root beer!!

Branson

Branson is so excited for Christmas this year.  Everything that relates to Christmas is HO HO. He found Braydon's santa hat on the way out the door to church on Sunday and had to put it on! (after his hair was already done of course)  But we could not resist the cute pictures by the tree. He loves his picture taken can you tell!!

Trip back East

This last week Brandon and I went to Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey for Christmas dinners with Clients.

Our first stop was Ohio where we stayed at a beautiful Amish Bed and Breakfast. The room was amazing! On site there was a beautiful gift shop, bakery and meat and cheese factory. So the first morning I got to sleep in and indulge in all it had to offer!!

The beautiful room with Fireplace and huge jetted tub!
Sorry no pictures of the other stops....

But we made it home safe and the boys had a great time with Ane... She was great with the boys, doing many activities and having so much fun! Thanks Ane for job well done!

Carmyn and Braydon eating a Scorpion Sucker.
All the Kids eating
There were 12 kids total!

Setting up the TREE!

So we gave into the Christmas Sprit and hung lights outside and put up the Tree!!!
We had such a great time laughing and playing while trying to get the decorations above the bottom 2 inches of the tree!

All I wanted was a nice picture by the Tree with Brandon. And after each one of the kids took a turn trying to get a picture we were laughing so hard. And Believe it or not this is the BEST picture we got and it was taken By BRANSON! Good job buddy!

Suzie Home Maker

When I went to Utah my friend Becky had the cutest baby burp clothes. They were the white ones with fabric and ribbon. So this week I was feeling crafty and wanted to make them for a friends baby shower. So here is my attempt, Not the best, I didn't even take them to the shower because they were not perfect..  So I will keep practicing.

Turtle Bay!

Today the boys did not have school because of Veterans day, so we packed up and went to Turtle Bay Beach. It was such a beautiful day and I was so happy to get a little sun and the boys loved playing in the water.  (can you see how clear and wonderful the water is?)
We took Conner with us to play and enjoy the day.
He was so fun and great with the boys.
They loved to play and jump on him all day long.
We took plenty of time out for snacks!
Braydon and Branson thought they could dig to
China to see Papa Terry and Grandma Julie. (no such luck)
