Halloween!

Last year we bought the coolest Halloween Graveyard blow up... The boys love to set it up every year!! So after a fun evening with friends and family carving pumpkins we gathered for photos!!!!

Spirit Week

The boys school had spirit week and this is Crazy Hair DAY!!!!

Cheer Camp...

I was so honored to be asked to coach a little girls cheer camp over the summer. The girls ranged from 4-6. My friend Elika was the other coach and we had such a fun time!! We taught them 2 cheers and 1 dance. We performed at the Kahuku JV football game at half time and also at the BYU Hawaii food fest..

Malasada!!!

Now that Braxdon has turned 9 he is no longer in my cub scouts.. But his new den learned how to make home made malasadas!! So Braxdon was so excited to share his new treat with the family.. They were so YUMMY!!! Way to go Braxdon!!

Fun after Preschool

After school Bransons favorite thing to do is play video games. So I decided before we become couch potatoes we would go out to the beach and walk along the shore and catch crabs. Branson has no fear. He kept scooping them up in his cup and holding them. He caught this little guy and took him home. While he was playing around out front the crab got away...

Braydon is such a tuff boys.. Tonight while I was doing a Zumba class over at BYUH the boys got to run around the basketball gym with some friends. The door got opened on Braydons foot, and the corner shoved straight between his toes.. He never came to get me or cried!!! He didnt even flinch when we had to clean it out... Way to be strong buddy!

Braxdon has wanted to color his hair brown for a while now, so Saturday we bought the color and went for it!!! And of course Braydon thought it was cool and wanted his hair darker.

It is so weird to see Braxdon with dark hair, but he looks great. Now I have three boys with Brown hair! I am the only girl and blonde!! Branson didn't want to do his hair because it is STINKY!

UH Midnight Madness

Friday night was UH Midnight madness. The basketball team played famous people of Hawaii. Many were supposed to come like the Rock and Dog the bounty hunter, but they were not able to make it.. But Dogs kids came and also worlds greatest surfer Sunny Garcia.

Fall Break

This year for the kids fall break we were able to use a time share week at Koolina resort over on the west side! It was so fun and we had lots of friends come to play!!

I know the pirate ship is well over done, but as we drove up to the resort Branson screamed from the back seat "jacks pearl ship!"

Lego Land

For Braxdons 9th bday we surprised him and the kids with a trip to Legoland California. Braxdon was so excited he cried!!! It was a great surprise! And the cousins drove from Payson, UT to meet up with us for the week. Thanks for making the drive we had such a great time!!

I cannot believe I have a 9 year old.. How is it my kids are going older and I am still 29? haha

Of course the day started off with Breakfast in bed. We had pancakes instead of the original creaps because we were not home. We surprised Braxdon with a trip to Lego Land, Ca. (pictures on the way!)

After Breakfast Brandon took Braxdon golfing for his very first time.

After a fun day we ended the night with a trip to Olive Garden for dinner. Anyone who knows Braxdon knows that is favorite food is Pasta!!!!

We are so thankful to our Payson Simmons Cousins for driving all the way to California to spend this special time with us.. Thank you for making Braxdons 9th Bday so special!

Discovery Center

Let the field trips Begin!!

It was Bransons first time riding the bus for a field trip and he loved it. His school went to Discovery Learning Center in town. They got to play with so many things and explore many stations.

Soccer

The new season of soccer has begun.. Braydon was the only one who wanted to play this season! His team is the Orange Tigers and they are on a winning Streak! They have won all their games and Braydon is doing a great job! We are so proud of him and his dedication to his team!!

Dave and Sue

Brandons mission Family!! We were also blessed to have Dave and Sue Adams from Australia come to visit for 2 weeks. They are a special couple to Brandon from his mission!

The temple was not open for them to attend, but we were still able to get some beautiful pictures. Their trip was filled with so many fun things and never a dull moment!

Visitors....

The month of Aug was full of so much excitement!! My Aunt, Cousins and Grandma and Grandpa came from Idaho to visit!!! There were so many fun things we did and so many pictures to choose, but here are a few of my favorite!!

Me, Connie, Jacob and Ashley Hiked up the Hauula ridge behind the house and of course we picked a day it was pouring rain. We were soaking wet before we even got to the trail. But we were troopers and made it to the top! It was a beautiful view and it was nice and cool! Then after slipping down most of the mountain back to the car we decided to wash off in the ocean! Even Jacobs phone decided to go for a swim!!

I was so happy to have everyone come. When I was younger I would go to Idaho to spend the summer with my grandparents and it was so much fun and I have so many good memories, I hope now I can repay them by having them come to visit more often!!

We even took them to a music concert!! Me and Grandma!!!

There is something about a new Boogie Board that makes you feel like a King! My favorite days are when we walk across the street to the beach and the kids just play! I love to watch them boogie board! Except when they get stung by blue bubbles!! haha

Baby Blessing

Brandon has been in the YM for 3 1/2 years now. First as a Priest Advisor and now the YM President! He is very busy, but loves his calling. The YM and great to me and the boys and they love Brandon! One of his past Priest asked Brandon to bless his new baby girl. I was so proud of him because he memorized the baby's name perfectly. It was like a mile and a half written on paper, but we call her Sophie for short! The blessing was beautiful and so is the baby girl!

I was so lucky to be able to travel to NYC with Brandon this fall for work. But it seemed more like play than work. We road the train into the city and saw Wicked!! It was excellent!!! He is always making sure life is full of excitement! Thank you to our good Friends Taylore and Trenson for watching the boys!!
